Experience the child's world: At DVMLC, we believe that we all share a responsibility to support and nurture the children's and our own natural curiosity and discovery. Our curriculum follows the flexible framework of Alberta's Early Learning and Care Curriculum which views children as mighty learners and capable citizens. Children are viewed as the Einstein's of their own discoveries, the captain of their own explorations, the master of their own creativity through learning  by playing and expressive processes and embedded in children's everyday experiences. Children and Early Childhood Educators are co-constructors of early learning curriculum by making connections with the children's interests and their sense of the world . Educators are guided to broad holistic goals rather than specific outcomes. We employ certified Early Childhood Educators who are encouraged and supported for professional growth and development within the company and other relevant training sources. We learn alongside children and their families and embrace the opportunity to learn and grow each day.
